This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements SaveHealth’s Privacy Policy, which governs your use of the prescription discount card program (the “Program”) and its related products and services (the “Services”) offered through our website and mobile applications (the “Website”). This Consumer Health Privacy Policy applies, if and to the extent applicable, to data defined as “consumer health data” under state health privacy laws, including those in Connecticut, Nevada, and Washington. The Website and Services are provided by Save.Health LLC and its affiliates (“SaveHealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).  

Consumer Health Data We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the Website and Services, we may collect the following categories of consumer health data to the extent it relates to your physical or mental health status:

  • Identifiers (e.g., name, email address, telephone number, IP address)

  • Commercial Information (e.g., searches for pharmacies or medications, coupon use, participation in promotions)

  • Internet or Other Electronic Activity (e.g., browsing behavior, referral links, device data)

  • Geolocation Data (e.g., ZIP code or approximate location if location services are enabled)

  • Inferences or Queries Related to Health (e.g., medication lookups or search history that may imply health interests)

Sources of Consumer Health Data

We collect consumer health data:

  • Through your interactions with our Services and Website (including inferred data from use);

Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

  • Access consumer health data we have collected about you

  • Request deletion of that data

  • Withdraw consent to data collection or sharing (where applicable)

  • Appeal a denied request

  • File a complaint with your state Attorney General

Exercising Your Rights

  • Please contact us at rights@savehealth.com. If your request to exercise a right under applicable state law is denied, you may appeal that decision by contacting us at rights@savehealth.com. If your appeal is unsuccessful, you can raise a concern or file a complaint with the Attorney General of your state.
