Your Privacy Choices

As described in our Privacy Policy, we may coordinate with certain marketing partners to deliver ads and content based on your activity and inferred interests. This type of advertising—often referred to as “targeted advertising”—may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). Your Privacy Choices explains your rights and choices regarding your personal information, including your ability to limit the sale, sharing, or use of your information for advertising or marketing purposes in connection with your use of the prescription discount card program (the “Program”) and its related products and services (the “Services”) offered through our website and applications (the “Website”). The Website and Services are provided by Save.Health LLC and its affiliates (“SaveHealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 

Opting Out of Sale or Sharing of Your Personal Information (including Targeted Advertising)

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to opt out of:

  • The sale of your personal information; and

  • The sharing or use of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (also known as targeted advertising).

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we may share limited identifiers—such as your name or email address—with marketing partners so they can offer you relevant products or services.

We also use third-party technologies (such as cookies, pixels, and SDKs) to help us understand how users interact with our Services and to deliver more relevant content. These technologies may collect information across websites and apps and may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain state privacy laws.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of these uses in the following ways:

  • Send an email to rights@savehealth.com to submit a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including for targeted advertising.

  • Use a browser that supports the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We honor GPC signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Learn more at https://globalprivacycontrol.org.

Limiting the Use of Sensitive Personal Information (Health Data)

If you provided consent to create a SaveHealth account or otherwise authorize us to collect health-related information, we may use or share such information to improve the Services we offer. We only use sensitive personal information (such as health data) to the extent necessary to deliver requested services unless you have expressly consented otherwise. 

However, depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to limit the use of your sensitive personal information—including consumer health data—to only what is necessary to deliver the Services requested.

Withdrawing Consent for Use of Consumer Health Data

Depending on your state of residence, if you previously provided consent for us to collect or share your health-related information, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Upon receiving your request, SaveHealth will cease using or sharing your health data, except where necessary to continue providing Services you requested or as otherwise permitted under applicable law.

Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
